notice_summary_english: The subject of the order are "successive deliveries of dressing and operational materials, specialist dressings for the needs of the hospital pharmacy of the Provincial Combined Hospital in Kielce."
A detailed description of the subject of the contract and quantity is specified in Annex 2 to SWZ - assortment and price form. Information on the principles of delivery, warranty and remuneration is contained by NW. attachments:
• Annex 3 - planned provisions of the successive agreement on public procurement,
• Annex 3a to SWZ - Public procurement contract provisions regarding the subject of the lending, applies to Package No. 19 and 20.
Medical devices constituting the subject of the contract should be understood as medical devices within the meaning of the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices, having the necessary documents allowing for marketing and use in the Republic of Poland.
The Employer allows the possibility of submitting partial offers for individual packages, none of the packages are divided:
Package 1 - Operational Napkins, Setons, Tupfer, Compresses: Neurosurgical, idle, one, with X -ray thread, gas and non -woven
Package 2 - some compresses and gauze
Package 3 - Steal treatment packages
Package 4 - bands, gypsum sleepers, nets, cotton wool, lignina
Package 5 - bands
Package 6 - Plaster bands
Package 7 - Rynological tampon
Package 8 - a set of waterproof slices
Package 9 - wound healing preparation
Package 10 - Steal Tupfery II
Package 11 - Specialist dressings for hard to heal wounds and
Package 12 - Specialist dressings for hard -healing wounds II
Package 13 - Specialist dressings for hard to heal wounds III
Package 14 - Specialist dressings for hard to heal wounds IV
Package 15 - Specialist dressings for hard to heal wounds V
Package 16 - antibacterial dressings and
Package 17 - antibacterial dressings II
