notice_summary_english: The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of medical equipment as part of the implementation of the project entitled "Retrofitting the Provincial Combined Hospital in Kielce in medical equipment for diagnostics and treatment of patients with oncological diseases" for the needs of the Clinic of Neurosurgery and Spinal Surgery and hospital clinic, i.e.
a) navigation system with a robotic system - 1 set
b) intraoperative imaging system - 1 set
c) bone tumor ablation system with a robotic arm - 1 set
d) platform for ablation of brain tumors - 1 set
e) retrofitting hospital clinics:
-treatment medical -2 pcs.
-Step drip -2 pcs.
-The pressure gauge -10 pcs.
-treatment medical -3 pcs.
-resuscitation -1 pc.
-nursing lecture -2 pcs.
The equipment should be factory new, unprocessible, underdeveloped.
The subject of the contract must meet the requirements of the principle "do not do serious damage" (DNSH - to no significant Har), in accordance with art. 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of June 18, 2020. This principle applies in connection with the financing of the contract under the National Plan of Reconstruction and Increase Rest (KPO).
The DNSH principle means that at any stage of the order - from production, through delivery, use, to any utilization - there must be no serious damage for the EU environmental purposes, i.e.
1. Among the climate change,
2. Adaptation to climate change,
3. Sustainable management of water and sea resources,
4. Economy with a closed circuit (GOZ),
5. Prevention of pollution and their control,
6. Protection of biodiversity and ecosystems.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract and quantity is specified in Annex 2.1-2.5 to SWZ-a statement of technical and functional parameters, according to package No. 1-5. Information on the principles of delivery, warranty and remuneration for packages No. 1-4 are included in Annex 3 to SWZ-the proposed provisions of the Public Procurement Agreement, while for
