• Could you please confirm whether this process is open exclusively to national firms, or whether international companies are also eligible to participate?






• Additionally, is there an estimated budget available for this project?

• We confirm that, this process is Open to National and International Companies. Other eligibility criteria have been provided under AFD financing in sub-clause 1.3 of the "Procurement Guidelines for AFD Financed Contracts in Foreign Countries", available online on AFD’s website: http://www.afd.fr

• There is an estimated budget for this assignment, however it will not be shared publicly during this time of bidding.
2. Interested Applicants may obtain further information at the address below during office hours: Please share the detailed terms of reference (TOR), if available to the firms at the EOI stage. The detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) have been uploaded in the dgmarket and TANESCO website (www.tanesco.co.tz) for your easy reference.
