Medicinal products, constituting the subject of the contract, should be understood as medicinal products within the meaning of the Pharmaceutical Law of September 6, 2001. The offered medicinal products must be allowed to marketing on the principles set out in art. 3 or 4 para. 1 and 2 or 4a of the Pharmaceutical Law.
The offered subject of the contract must comply with the current announcement of the Minister of Health on the list of reimbursed medicines, foods of special nutritional uses and medical devices.
