The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Provision Of Intellectual Services Of Predictions Probabilistic Of Flows To Certain Stations Of Gauges And Evolution Of Volumes To Reservoirs, In Both Cases Corresponding To Infrastructures Of Control And Regulation Managed By The Catalan Water Agency (Hereinafter Aca). Probabilistic Predictions Are Proposed As An Additional Element To Be Integrated Into The Set Of Tools And Resources Available To The Aca For Help In Decision -Making During The Monitoring, Management And Communication Tasks Typical Of Avenues Situations, Both In Reservoirs Regulated And Unregulated. Currently, Observations And Real Time Are A Reality. In This Sense, Having Probabilistic Predictions Of Flows And Volumes In Different Parts Of The Territory Can Be A Context To Evolve In The Scenarios Of Early Management And Action, Including Predictive Alert Issues To Be Able To Propose Previous Actions. Specifically For Prey -Regulated Basins, Hydrogram Prediction Can Provide Usefulness And Support Information On Management Strategies.
