The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Contract The Necessary Services To Carry Out A Correct Operation, Conservation And Maintenance Of The Martorell Sanitation System, According To The Instructions Included In The Particular Technical Prescriptions (Pptp) That Guarantees The Achievement Of The Quality Objectives Set In It And That Fulfill The Requirements Of Directive 91/271/Eec Of The Council, Of May 21, 1991, Royal Decree 509/1996, Of March 15, On The Development Of Royal Decree-Law 11/1995, Of December 28, Which Establishes The Rules Applicable To The Treatment Of Urban Wastewater. Also The Services Contracted Must Ensure A Good Exploitation, Maintenance And Conservation Of The Civil Works And Electromechanical Equipment That Guarantee The Continuity Of The Service, Avoiding Unforeseen Stops For Breakdown, And Extending The Life Of The Equipment Installed Following The Maintenance Specifications Collected In The Pptp. The Description Of The Facilities That Are The Subject Of This Contract, As Well As The Obligations And Specifications To Carry Out The Associated Work Is Described In The Pptp.
